While I’m traveling I find that I’m even more dependent on my phone and various apps than when I’m home. These apps make my life easier when I’m on the road (or a plane). Any of your favs I should add?
See my thoughts and download the apps here.
Those of us who belong to the “indoor kids” club, couch potatoeing or hibernating, like a special category of apps that enhance our introvert lifestyle. Whether you’re a part-time or full-time indoor kid you’re sure to love some or all of these!

Stuff N' Things
Love this quote from Gary V from his latest video post – Work/Work Balance:Â “I need to get smarter. The way I get smarter is by reading and living, putting my head down, and and executing. I need to taste it!”
My takeaways from Gary’s video:
- Gary is erasing Tweetdeck from his computer to cut back on distractions. While that’s a pretty big move I could see why it would be a smart move. Is that to say I’m going to delete my twitter apps? Probably not, but there are certainly times and whole days that it’s worth turning them off.
- If you don’t execute you don’t win. Plain and simple.
- He’s considering starting a 1 hour Q&A show and I think that’s a fabulous idea!
- His little side-bar under the breath comment about having a crisis when he turned 30 made me laugh. It’s creeping up on me! eek
- Theme of the video: Focusing on what’s in front of you.
- Saying yes to everything, because you hate saying no, just makes you feel stretched in too many directions.
- New favorite garyism “Yoda it Up!” – to touch and live stuff.”
